Every time I adorn this dress (it's actually a top that I wore as a dress) I feel like a pink candy floss ready to be gobbled up. The frill detail, I think adds a nice flirty feel to the dress and coupled with a statement neck piece such as the one worn here (which I call 'the bubble necklace') adds an element of chicness to the outfit. xo
