I decided to DIY a pair of old jeans to make distressed/abraised Boyfriend jeans. I don't own a pair of boyfriend jeans or abraised/rip and repair jeans so it'll save me the cost of buyin those. Here's how I achieved the DIY.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Needle and thread
Chalk (I used a pencil instead), an art knife (optional), safety pins (optional) and scissors.

STEP 1 | Find an old jean trousers (preferably a baggy jean that can work as a boyfriend jean)

STEP 2 | Lay out what you need.

STEP 3 | Fold the trouser (whilst wearing it) 3/4 length. You can use safety pins/pins to fasten the folds together whilst you sew the folded part together neatly.

STEP 4 | Use the chalk to draw the parts on the front of the jean to cut. Use the art knife/scissors to make each cuttings. Cut to discretion and to preference. Lastly thread each cuttings with a needle.
